“Happiness is a state of mind, a choice, a way of living; it is not something to be achieved, it is something to be experienced.”

I felt led to post about this today. Most people know that I am a very happy person and that is because I choose to be that way. Being happy is not a final goal or destination, it’s a state of mind.

We are in a world FULL of negative comments. There are communities of people waiting to take advantage of sweet people trying to build themselves up.
People will say and do anything to tear you down because it makes them feel they are more powerful. It makes them feel like they have the upper hand! That is just not right. I think about how I want to live my life and sorting through passive aggressive comments on my Facebook page or blog is not one of them. If we as a community would stop criticizing other’s lives and focused on making our days better, we would live in a far happier world.

One person’s positive attitude and success does not mean that you will be unhappy and unsuccessful! There is enough success to go around, people! If you lived each day saying that you will be happy and no one will bring you down I PROMISE your day will seem easier and happier!

Happiness is a state of mind and it’s so much harder to take the high road. Being a positive person is not easy BUT it is the right thing to do!!
