When I first met Kim I was at a bridal show. If you’ve ever experienced a bridal show you know how crazy and loud they can get. I see and talk to over 60 brides in 1 day…can you say out of breath? Kim contacted me after the show and I remembered her instantly! We both have a mutual love of the beach and OBX! We went out to dinner to meet and talk if she wanted to book with me. I was a nervous wreck…this woman is amazing and I wanted to shoot her wedding SO badly!

I think she secretly knew I was panicking but she was so sweet to me! Eventually, I had to be blunt and just ask if she was going to book….and she said YES!

Kim & Dave are so down to earth and mellow it’s hard to be stressed around them. Within minutes we were cracking jokes and laughing the entire session. They took me to the Boat House in Midlothian and MAN OH MAN is that place beautiful! There was so much sun flair, mix that with a cute and flirty couple and we had a great combination! Let’s just say I can’t wait until their wedding!
