I think we are all born to be great at multiple things. I love photography, finding new friends, and having my nose in a good book. What some people don’t know about me is that I was 2 credits away from being a painting major. I took this class at Radford to get some easy credits under my belt. This class was anything but easy and took SO much of my time. It ended up being my favorite class. I found myself in the painting studio 3 times as much as my declared major. I was a graphic design major and in 3 related graphic design classes, stress was an understatement. Painting kept me sane and I always lost track of time.

Later on I took a scenic painting class where I had to paint a 10 ft. x 10 ft. backdrop. Let’s just say I had a blast…and was covered in paint.
